Availability
All merchandise, inventory levels and prices on Milosport.com are subject to change. All internet orders are subject to availability, and all orders are subject to Milosport approval. Don't steal.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours (Monday through Friday). Please note that a very small number of orders require extra processing time for various reasons. You will be notified of any delays.
If you have ordered an item that is out-of-stock or sold-out, we will attempt to contact you immediately. Please understand that a delay may also occur if your credit card requires address verification, is declined, or if your billing address was entered incorrectly. If product is sold out, we will make every effort to contact other shops or vendors to fill the order.
Returns and Exchanges
Merchandise can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. The merchandise must be returned new, unused, unaltered, not previously installed, worn, and must be in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging. Customer must pay for shipping back to Milosport. All returns and exchanges are subject to handling and/or restocking fees. If product was purchased from the website and included 'free shipping', part of the restocking fee will be used to cover the original shipping costs.
Used non-defective merchandise cannot be returned for exchange or refund. For your convenience, we also accept returns and exchanges of items purchased through Milosport.com at our Salt Lake City retail location.
For new unused returns/exchanges please call 877 504 1500 for a return authorization number.

Returns due to some fault of Milosport.com will be handled by us. Please give us a call and we will send you a fedex ground return label.

Warranties
Every item Milosport.com carries is covered by a warranty from the individual manufacturers. Generally, warranties cover defects in materials, parts, and workmanship. Damage from abuse, neglect, accidents, normal wear and tear, and impact are not covered under any warranty. It is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer as to the validity of the warranty, and to either repair or replace defective merchandise. Milosport will do our best to hold companies accountable, and protect your rights as our customer.
Unfortunately, labor and shipping are not covered under any warranty. If you have a warranty issue, the shipping and handling charges will be the responsibility of the consumer. If you have a legitimate warranty, contact us at 877 504 1500. We will obtain a Return Authorization number for you. After that, you will send the product directly to the manufacturer, labeled on the outside of the box the Return Authorization number. This will speed up the process. The companies will then return the product, repaired, replaced, or rejected to us, and we will send it to you. This process only applies to products purchased from this website.

Online Product Color Representation
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be totally accurate. Manufacturers sometimes will change color schemes on some products as well.
International Orders
The total dollar amount of orders placed on milosport.com do not include any international taxes or duties charged by different Countries. Each Country has different import fees, etc for commerce. Please contact your customs office to find out what additional taxes or duties you may incur by importing products into your country. The total price when checking out at milosport.com only includes the shipping fees and does not include any duties or taxes. Those will be your responsibility and paid at the time of receiving your order.
